The Time Saver 6000. No, I have no idea what this is called, but it's a pretty amazing tool for cutting baby greens (you just push it down the row and the conveyor takes them up and over into a waiting tote). I have a movie of it in action somewhere, but it's a little Mel's Char Palace ("show 'em how to work the saw").
